Thank you for your email and sorry I haven't had a chance to reply sooner. I can't believe we have been back two weeks already. We had a truly amazing time. Victoria Falls was beautiful and Ilala lodge was a great hotel. Davison's camp was stunning. I'm so glad you suggested Zimbabwe as it is such a brilliant country with fantastic people. I would be more than happy to speak to people who have concerns about Zimbabwe, as we felt very comfortable right from the outset. The staff at Davison's were brilliant. The vegetarian food was creative and very tasty! Wildlife was amazing and we had a great guide called Robert, who was gentle and informative and obviously very skilled at his job.
Savuti camp was also a great choice. Accommodation was stunning. Food was good (not as good as Davison's) but still creative and imaginative. Wildlife again was amazing, seeing a chase and kill by wild dogs.
Thank you for all your hard work in arranging a brilliant trip for us. We'd love to go to Namibia in the future and I'd love your help with this when we next go.

For Lindsay and I, it was a trip of a lifetime. We felt like family wherever we stayed, the animals were truly amazing, we loved every moment of our trip.
Your ears had to have been burning. We sang your praises and complimented the information booklets and concise paperwork that we received from Aardvark. After sending these photos to some of our friends, many have asked who planned this wonderful trip for us! Towards the end of our incredible journey, we already started to say that we want to return with our kids and their spouses.
We cannot thank you enough for everything that you and your team at Aardvark Safaris did to make this trip so magical for us both.

Thank you both for organising our wonderful hols to S. Africa. We had just the most amazing time - Cape Town was a great way to start and we did all we should have done, as well eat and drink extremely well! The house was truly luxurious, and they had made ramps for David all over the place. So kind.
Three Trees was so lovely - Cheryl and Simon were such kind hosts. I knew nothing about The Battle of Spioenkop, then to go there and find my father's regiment had fought there was mind-blowing! On the memorial it just said The Scottish Rifles, but back at camp, through a lot of rummaging in books etc., I found their regimental crest - The Cameronians. Quite bizarre!
So onto Fugitives' Drift where we were looked after again beautifully. Nicky Rattray was so helpful and had ramps built overnight for David. Andrew was our guide and the tours were amazing - I came away as teary eyed as the rest. Rorke's Drift really comes alive with Andrew telling the story, and B. (under Andrews instruction) wheeled David around so he didn't miss a thing. I went on a ride with another guest, up the back of the Lodge, where we got off and stood on a rock looking down onto Buffalo River - 2,000 ft. below, and were shown David Rattray's memorial plaque where his ashes are buried. It's very well hidden, but quite a breathtaking spot. Only accessible by horse or foot. It was quite unexpected, and very humbling.
So sadly, its all over, but just to say a very big thank you for all your efforts in making it such a fun holiday, especially with David in his wheelchair.

Well what can we say ......... safari is the most amazing experience either of us have ever had, we found both camps were very well run, with a plentiful supply of amazing food. The staff were friendly, well informed and took us to see nearly all the animals - we missed out on seeing a Leopard.
We will definitely be recommending your services to others as the whole experience was extremely well arranged and everything happened as booked, so a big thank you to you (Francis) and Victoria for all your hard work.

We had previously been on safari, arranged by our high street travel agent and wanted to repeat the good experience it had been. Our expectations and hopes were raised by wanting to find alternative places and wildlife. Aardvark did not disappoint us and how grateful we are to have found them.
I read many articles in books, on the internet and in travel supplements of newspapers before selecting a company to work with, but it was talking to the wonderful Sarah that finally made the decision. She was wonderfully tolerant of my endless questions and worked tirelessly to tailor a holiday designed just for us and based on all she had found out about our hopes and dreams for the trip.
Only superlatives describe the experience. The standard of the camps and the guiding and the quality of the hotels on the coast were more than we could have hoped for. It was though the personal touches that set Aardvark apart and once on holiday and talking to other guests and comparing experiences we realised how fortunate we were to have found this company. The detailed itineraries and travel arrangements, the emergency contacts, the warmth and welcome of people who met us and facilitated every step of our journey left us feeling safe and secure and allowed us to simply enjoy the wealth of the trip. Africa is a very special place, Kenya particularly and most especially Sarah and Aardvark as the people who made it real for us. Thank you!

Just to say thank you for arranging such a great holiday for Jacq and myself. Everything worked out splendidly and the guide in Cape Town, Buz, met his match with Jacq and history etc.
We were so lucky.
You were quite right the food at La Petite Ferme was just grand and at La Colombe the attention and food was out of this world.
Weather perfect for all the whale watching, sightseeing and wine tastings. I know that one of the things to see on Jacq's wish list was whales. After Aardvark found us the big five in Kenya and the silverback gorillas in Rwanda they were the obvious choice to find us birds and leopards in Botswana and of course whales at Hermanus in South Africa.
The hard work was left to you as organisers and we just sat back and enjoyed the whole experience from day one. Could almost say there is nothing left to do in Africa!!
Thank you so very, very much Victoria.

We had an absolutely amazing time. 'Out of this world' doesn't even cover it! Both the hotels were absolutely amazing. The Lamai was so special and personal. The guys who run it are good fun, & give a great personal touch to the whole stay. Every night we all had dinner together and met some great people. The room was beautiful and despite a few sleepless nights because of the animal noise (all part of the experience hey!) you couldn't have picked somewhere more perfect for us. The guides, as you said, were amazing. We saw everything we wanted to - including the highlight - the leopard. We also loved the glorious picnic breakfasts out on the plains in amoungst the elephants.
The Residence in Zanzibar was also in a class of it's own....our own personal villa was perfect, contemporary and great with it's own private pool. The restaurants were world class and the best bit - the service was incredible. The best hotel we have ever stayed in.
Thank you so much for all your help. You really helped cut through the mass of information and options and managed to pick an itinerary that was perfect for us and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Another wonderful holiday customized for us by Aardvarks! Thank you Jo for coming up with great suggestions of where to go and stay in Namibia, and importantly managing to fit it all in within our travel dates and budget.
Namibia was a great place to do a bit of self-drive with pretty good roads all very well sign posted. We also had a great stop over in Cape Town on our way back, staying at a beautiful little inn which Jo recommended.
We are already thinking about where to go in 2012 , so many great places to visit in Africa.

It was AWESOME!!!!! We had the MOST phenomenal time. Truly amazing. We are hooked and already planning the next trip. In fact if we hadn't already booked our holiday at Christmas I think we'd have been in touchwith you already.
All the arrangements were perfect - apart from the brief matter of getting a helicopter transfer instead of road to Vumbura due to water levels, what a hardship (not!). We just loved it. All of it. Africa is amazing. The people are lovely. The places were extraordinary and the animals breath-taking. We saw so, so much.

A HUGE thank you to Sarah and all at Aardvark for organising an incredible safari for us. We met Sarah on a site visit at a camp in Zambia, and were so impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm that we asked her to tailor a trip for us to South Africa where we had the most amazing wild life experiences. Highlights included the Big Five on a single game drive, achieving our life long ambition of seeing not 1 but 3 Leopards up trees, and staying at wonderful family run camps in Timbavati and Sabi Sands that were so well known to the team that it felt like we were staying with friends too. We also travelled on to Swaziland – not somewhere that Aardvark traditionally visits but Sarah arranged a true adventure for us in a woodland camp, where we had the privilege of walking with Rhinos alongside a guide who was so in tune with them he spoke to calm them down when they got a little too curious! All rounded off with an idyllic lodge on the Mozambique coast to relive our memories and watch the sunsets – simply heaven on earth.
Having had the great joy of travelling across much of Africa for 20 years, using some of the best known tour companies, we feel that Aardvark’s personal touch, together with their understanding of this beautiful country and it’s wildlife, their in-depth knowledge of the camps, excellent ground staff and transfers (not to be underestimated!) and their customers’ individual wishes make it such a fabulous experience that we would not want to travel there with anyone else.

Rekero was the star of the show. It surpassed our expectations. In fact, we couldn't believe how much wildlife we saw just on the drive from the airstrip to the camp (zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, lion, hippo, impala, topi, eland, Grant's and Thompson's gazelle, warthog, fish eagle, tawny eagle, marabou stork, secretary bird, white backed vulture and more!). The team there(Conway, Dudu, Peter and all the Maasai boys) werevery attentive and really made us feel looked after.
James was our driver, with Risa as spotter, and they did a great job of finding great game viewing for us (and Peter, who took over as driver/guide after 2 days, and whose knowledge and humour we warmly appreciated). We saw lion daily, and also had good viewings of jackal, serval cat, elephant, cheetah, leopard and black rhino. The camp location and style made the experience feel very immersive, with giraffe, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, zebra and wildebeest all seen often from within the camp. Along with the social nature of the Rekero set-up, and the great hospitality, it all made for a deeply affecting and highly memorable adventure. Gwawr concluded that it was the best holiday she'd ever had, so I think we could call that a success!
Zanzibar was very relaxing and enjoyable, and we were well looked after in both Stone Town and Shooting Star.
Huge thanks to Sarah and the team at Aardvark for your patience and measured advice when helping us to put this trip together. We had a fantastic holiday, and we're already talking about next time.

Thank you to Victoria and the staff at Aardvark Safaris. We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Zambia.
In 2008 we went to Botswana. We were impressed by the care taken in the planning of our trip; every effort was made to get to know us and to match our needs. The organisation of our travel arrangements couldn’t be faulted. We had planned Botswana as a once in a lifetime experience, but we so enjoyed ourselves, we decided to go to Africa again. We had no hesitation in getting Aardvark to arrange our second trip.
The transfer arrangements at airports and between camps ran as smoothly as before and left us to have an anxiety free holiday. We had an abundance of animal sightings, Elephants, Giraffes and Big Cats being our favourites. Catching a 12 lb Tiger Fish in the Zambezi, with the help of Weston our guide, was the most thrilling experience for Kathleen. She had never been fishing before! The Camps and Lodges we stayed in were faultless in their hospitality, accommodation and friendliness. A most wonderful experience, worth every penny paid.

We know it's blowing our own trumpet, but it's not often you get such super praise before clients even go on their holidays! Over to Daniela Sieff who booked a riding holiday with Alice and Charlie in Scotland:
A HUGE THANK YOU for being so incredible in the speed and enthusiasm with which you’ve worked to put my trip together! I’m amazed that yesterday morning I’d never spoken to either you or Charlie, but 24 hours later my trip is basically sorted – with all the add-ons that I’m so excited about.
You’ve been brilliant, not only in checking availability, but also in doing the research that means that I can do all the extra things that I’m so interested in doing, but which aren’t part of scheduled safari. I’m incredibly grateful for all that you did yesterday (phoning me yesterday evening was well beyond the call of duty). It’s enabled me to book my flight with BA before their sale ends later today. You’ve offered the most amazingly enthusiastic, efficient, warm service I’ve had in any sphere for a very long time (if ever).
Thank you!

We both had one of our best holidays ever in South Africa. From the stunning sights on safari, to the beautiful coastal views in De Kelders, the relaxed atmosphere of Constantia and the lively delights of Cape Town. Highlights included getting up close to elephants and trying to track an elusive black rhino; learning that spotting whales and dolphins can become quite addictive; enjoying mouthwatering food and wine in Constatia and experiencing the stunning Table Mountain (even if the cable car is a bit daunting), Cape Point and walking around with penguins on Boulders Beach.
Our decision to go on holiday to South Africa was very last minute, but we couldn't have been in better hands with Sarah and Aardvark. Sarah listened to our requirements and came up with a couple of options for us to choose. All the accommodation was superb, with friendly hosts and in great locations. Thanks for making our holiday in South Africa so much fun!

Just a line or two to ket you know we had an exceptionally good time last week. Kicheche Bush Camp was beautiful, lovely acacia landscape, small, friendly and lots of wildlife including cheetahs and a large pride of lion with cubs. Even got to see bat eared foxes and ardwolf - a long time goal. Darren and Emma the hosts were terrific and the staff and hospitality second to none.
Rekero was beautifully located, we saw a crossing from camp! Rhino (3) over 40 more lion, cheetah, leopard hunting etc etc. Have to say the quality of the guiding was out of this world. Everyone took so much trouble to make our stay eventful. We ended up having our own driver/guide for most of the week and did day drives which enabled us to head out towards the Tanzania border and find the main migration herd. Also the guys from Bush and beyond did a good job in Nairobi - it all counts!
Thanks to you for your advice on the camps. We went up towards Governors on a drive looking for the Marsh Pride and had a chance to see its location, far too big for us. Will not hesitate to use Aardvark for our next trip to Africa , many thanks.

Alex and I had the most wonderful time walking with the Samburus and will never forget this trip. We loved every second of it.
I will never forget the guides for their kindness, generosity, their incredible knowledge and their sense of humour. Boni kept a constant eye on us in a lovely, understated way, whenever there was an opportunity of being of help he would offer it - including when I picked a dung beatle ball and he carried it carefully in his hand for around two hours until we got to the camp. Rana was very knowledgeable and upbeat, very helpful and warm as well, he had a cheeky manner that made us feel as if we had been friends for ever, and he was willing to answer or find an answer to every question we asked (we never stopped asking!). Lelekung seemed more reserved to start with, but he became a key part in our walks and we really loved his company and his incredibly sharp eye when finding animals or when joining in with laughter. The rapport among the three guides could not have been more respectful and charming. They all helped us to identify animals in books after the walks and came for chats in the evenings. We laughed a lot together.
We enjoyed Patari's food so much. Again we think he was the best cook we have come across in this trip. His roast beef and vegetables were perfect, and his orange, lemon and yoghurt cookies were exquisite, out of this world.

| We had a wonderful time in Kenya. The days we spent there will always be a very special part of our memory. Thanks to your suggestions and inputs, our tour was nicely planned with best possible utilization of time and resources. For us, travelling is not just about getting away from our daily life, nor is it typically about rest and relaxation. For us travelling is about experiencing other cultural traditions, exploring their landscapes and learning about the local people. The biggest factor behind the success of our tour was the Aardvark Safaris. It is clear that this company understands the concept of customer care and customer service and they did an exceptional job from start to finish! In short, we must say we are really very thankful for the wonderful safari you could provide us and we will highly recommend your company to everybody who would like to share in the wonders of the nature and feel the unique ambiance of Africa

Thank you both for helping to plan such a great few weeks for us both - we loved every minute of it and all the places. Of course the special one has to be Ant's Nest - a dream but also well organised and most helpful young hosts and the Africa that we wanted to see in every possible way. It was all the greatest success and I can think of nothing to criticise. A big thank you.

The holiday was FANTASTIC! We felt as if our nearly two weeks was twice as long, due to having two distinct parts to it.
Acacia House and the whole set-up there was definitely as special as David and Wendy had built it up to be. What a magical place and we couldn't have been better looked after. We particularly appreciated knowing and seeing what else is going on there, besides giving us tourists a wonderful time. Seeing the computer school and hearing from our guide Fred all about the Guiding School, as well as meeting Jackson (then seeing him on Planet Earth a few days later!) all added to the wonderfulmemories.
David's champagne and "dung" birthday cake was hugely enjoyed by all.
After all the early morning game drivesand late nights, our time in Lamu was a welcome rest, though we were still quite busy there! After 33 years away we were delighted to find it still unspoilt and charming,we couldn't fault the way it is run by Carol with such energy.
Many thanks for your efforts in making our holiday such a special one.

We had the most fantastic time from start to finish. All flights ran to time and our luggage turned up in the right place. As it turned out we were the only two on our camping safari! All the accommodation was first class and the guys looking after us couldn’t be better. Our guide Mompati had such incredible knowledge that we learnt so much everyday. Thank you for helping us find such a memorable holiday.
We shall recommend Aardvark to as many friends and family as possible.

The trip was terrific and your arrangements went like clockwork – even the mid wilderness transfer going to Lebala – imagine the scene nothing for miles including people, tiny plane lands at dust strip, a two minute wait and the next even smaller plane arrives and off we go!
Without exception the staff, guides and trackers at all the lodges could not have been more welcoming, warm hearted and informative – and the quality of accommodation and food was to the same consistently high standard.

It’s worth noting what led us to choose Aardvark for what, for both of us, was the trip of a lifetime. Aardvark’s response was prompt and friendly, as were the replies from some others. We felt right away that you were trying to get to know about us and what would suit us, but were then patient in letting us reflect and come back with various requests. This detailed attention went on until the end of the trip, including responding to our unreasonable panic the night before leaving when we didn’t realise there were different reference numbers for both of us for checking in online. Will definitely recommend Aardvark to others - indeed a couple at Footsteps already took your details as they were impressed with the info we had and service we had received.

We had the most wonderful time and we have enjoyed the whole experience. The start in Cape Town was great and the guest house was perfect - central and friendly. We did all the touristy bits and had a clear day to go up Table Mountain.
The safaris were amazing. Every location had something different to offer and they were all very well run and the people were always friendly and helpful. We have sent a few pictures just to show how much we enjoyed our holiday. We could list all the people who showed us so much but it would take too long and be boring but suffice to say we were more than impressed with the service given everywhere.
Thank you all at Aardvark Safaris for your help in planning and organising this great trip for us.

We had a great time - the island was all we expected. The diving was most enjoyable and the staff were very friendly. The Aardvark arrangements went smoothly, thank you. The diving in Madagascar is excellent and suitable for divers of all levels of proficiency

We had a fantastic trip to Namibia and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The best camps by far were the Desert Rhino camp where we saw two black rhino and desert elephant and Okonjima where we were upgraded to the Bush Camp and had fantastic accommodation including a thatched garage for the car!
We did everything we planned to do, went up in a hot air balloon at Sossusvlei and climbed a 270m sand dune the next day. We went kayaking in Swakopmund. We saw leopard & cheetah in Okonjima plus a hyena close up. We saw the rock paintings and went to the Petrified Forest.
Everything went to plan and the route was excellent. The scenery was stunning. We had a great time and Aardvark Safaris did a great job.

Charlie and I wanted to thank you for all your help and advice planning
such an amazing holiday in Kenya. For my first holiday in Africa I
really couldn't have asked for anything more. The camps and resorts
were spot-on and we loved every minute of it. We'll be recommending you
to all our friends and will be back for future holidays.

First let me convey my appreciation on the way in which you handled a difficult situation. I know this took considerable effort on your part, and it did not go un-noticed.
The trip was great, but we all agree the Skeleton Coast was the highlight of the trip. Bertus, aside from being a "super pilot" and a great guide, is a real gentleman, one of the nicest men I have ever met. I am proud to have met him, and will never forget what he has added to our lives.

Our planning began at the end of October, when after a bad year we decided to go away for Christmas. It had to be Africa, but a country on the Continent we had not yet visited. We fancied Tanzania. A chum suggested Aardvark. A browse on their website was followed up by knowledgeable and helpful phone calls and ground arrangement were in place. We like remote safaris. Aardvark offered Rhaha National Park, Selous Game Reserve and a night chilling out on the beach at Ras Kutani.
I like to consider myself a bit of an old Africa hand, and with Africa one learns to tolerate with hiccups in arrangements with a smile. Not this time. Three separate locations, four internal flights, plus transfers - everything went like clockwork.
Based on this experience I will be using Aardvark again. It was for us one of the best holidays ever. The remoteness, seeing no one else except for excellent banter over lunch and dinner in these small, select camps was as far up our dirt track as it’s possible to get.
Barry and Norma Howes, Berkshire England |

Well what can I say, it was eventful, exciting and wonderful, and I could write a good story all about it. Great holiday, great places to go, not too many others about, don’t spread the word about it too much will you or everyone will want to go there.
A huge thank you to yourself and Aardvark for making it a special holiday. Best wishes to you Victoria, you really picked the best.

Jambo Richard!
Just a note to thank you for arranging another wonderful holiday in Kenya for us - so many priceless memories to add to our collection and to continue to savour over the months ahead.
We're not great photographers but we did get a photo of the two of us this year with our guide at Kicheche Mara camp - Amos

Once again your legendary organisational skills triumphed, many thanks. Great time throughout, saw just about everything you could name: Two lion charges, one serious, leopard most days especially around Mwamba & Tafika, wild dog in the north park, huge herds of buffalo, good numbers of eland and elephant. Extensive carmine colonies, Pels fishing owl, crowned crane on the salt flats together with pennant winged nightjar.

Firstly, we would like to thank you for planning and organising the holiday of a lifetime for us. Paul used an expression a lot whilst we were on holiday, 'completely exceeded our expectations'. To be honest he was a little sceptical and not sure before we left that a safari was the ideal holiday for him - now he is a real convert! In summary we had an absolutely amazing time in Africa. You really listened to our needs and what we were looking for - it was our African dream come true.

| We can't thank Joanna and Aardvark Safaris enough for making our holiday one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We were both blown away by Rwanda. It has to be the most beautiful country we have every visted and the experience of spending two days gorilla trekking was just heart poundingly awesome. After our four nights in Rwanda we spent a week enjoying the stunning white coral beaches of Zanzibar where the hotel Joanna recommended was absolutely first class and the food incredible. We also loved the Nairobi hotel for our two stopover nights which really was a country house in the city. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aardvark to any of our friends and family as everything went like clockwork. I will definitely use them again when we plan our next African adventure!

We LOVED it, had the best time. I loved the simplicity and tranquility of Mumbo Island, the riding was totally fab and we fell in love with the horses and all the animals at Kande Horse, and then were blown away by Kaya Mawa - and our very own Honeymoon Island!! Wow! It was a perfect, perfect trip.

We are just back from the most sensational holiday in Namibia and South Africa – thanks so much for organising. All arrangement went smoothly. Tswalu was superb – amazing game, wonderful guiding and tracking, signs of spring emerging all around, seeing the habituated meerkats was unforgettable. The Motse was jaw-droppingly luxurious, with first class food, quite extraordinary given the harshness of the surroundings. Fugitive’s Drift and Rob Caskie and team – it’s difficult to convey what an engrossing, engaging, moving experience the trips to Isandwala and Rorke’s Drift provided. We are most grateful for your assistance in arranging all this for us, and look forward to further delights in the future.

We simply wanted to give you some feedback on our trip and let you know how much we enjoyed the holiday you put together for us. Sheryl and Simon were great hosts throughout the three days at Three Tree Hill. We enjoyed having a tour in the historic battlefields, the Spioenkop reserve and hiking in the Drakensberg. We did some great game viewing in the Hluhluwe reserve and got to see many elephants, rhinos and giraffes as well as buffalos and zebras. Unfortunately, no lions or cats so we'll have to come back! We eventually drove to Rocktail Bay Lodge, which we also enjoyed. Thanks to you, we slept in the honeymoon suite, which had just been built and overlooks the sea and its many whales going to Madagascar for the winter. We spent a lot of time watching them from our own deck and that was an unforgettable experience. Again, many thanks for putting together this journey for us and arranging every detail of it, we are looking forward to our next vacation with Aardvark.

| Without out a doubt Aardvark and its staff helped make our trip of a lifetime so much more special with the personable and experienced service. Having such confidence in who we were dealing with allowed us to relax so much more and enjoy our trip - which was unbelievable! The strong links that Aardvark has in Botswana were really evident as well as their very good reputation. All round just brilliant, thank you very much.
Alice and David Murray, Edinburgh |

Alice put together an itinerary that worked perfectly and met all our requirements. We could never have done it ourselves. Everything turned out to be even better than we expected and when we did have one problem - a flight cancellation due to weather conditions - we were very reassured that Aardvark and their South African representatives did everything they could to get us back on schedule.
Our trip was truly memorable and if we do travel I that part of the world our starting point would definitely be a call to Aardvark.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for sorting out our trip when it went a bit pear shaped, we really did appreciate having someone back in the UK who knew what we liked and could make an educated guess as to what would suit us. The place you sent us was brilliant, we had some really amazing sightings plus a great walk up to the platform you can sleep on at night. So a BIG MASSIVE thanks from Mark and I for getting stuck in and sorting it out.
As to the rest of the holiday Lewa, was absolutely unbelievable - we wished we had put another night there as it was so good and we did not get to do all the things we wanted to! The Karisia walking Safari was the highlightthough and we really did not want it to finish. I can't believe they can cook up such wicked meals in an ammunitions box! We were even surprised at the luxury of our accommodation, both of us expecting something far more basic. What a way to celebrate our Silver Wedding. We will definitely be doing that again.

Words alone cannot express the wonderful experience Ian, Tony & myself had at Rekero & Kichechie camps in Kenya. Our sincere thanks go to the whole team at Aardvark and especially Jo for tailoring our holiday to exactly what we wanted. Both camps were exceptional and faultless and there is not one thing we can think of to improve either of them. You are a great crowd at Aardvark and when we were able to visit you, you all made us so welcome even though we interrupted your board meeting. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else and we hope to use your services again.

For both John and I going to Kenya on safari was a life changing experience and not just a holiday. I dont think I will spend two weeks on a caribbean beach ever again! Seeing the animals in their natural habit, watching and listening to the behaviour is indescribably humbling. I just know that I can never not go back to Africa.

| Thankyou Jo and the Aardvark Team for helping to plan a memorable trip for our group of five - all 70 plus and friends since our University days.We had all been to Africa before but Zambia was a new and unknown destination which proved to be angreat choice for our reunion.
The four camps provided a variety of excellent accommodation, ranging from the simple but charming Sindabezi to the elegant and luxurious Luangwa House. The different locations gave wonderful and varied oportunities for game viewing - in some cases without moving from our beds!
We particularly enjoyed the water-based activities which included a swim in The Devil's Pool on Livingstone Island(for some), fishing (for others),bird and animal watching by canoe and boat and of course the mandatory Sundowners.

How do I even begin to put into words what a truly wonderful holiday we had in Tanzania. We embarked with a little trepidation, could the holiday live up to the wonderful time we had with you on the Malawi-Kenya-Zanzibar trip in 2006? The resounding reply is yes!!
All the arrangements were seamless and each location more than lived up to the information you had given us. The hospitality from the welcome, accommodation, food and local information could not be faulted or bettered. Our photographs do not live up to the wonderful memories we all treasure. How do you begin to capture the vast beauty of Africa and its people? Or the gentle singing of the Askari guards drifting through the rain to alert me of their presence in the dark?
Thank you so much for helping us to put together another wonderful trip. Your knowledge of Africa and your ability to fulfil clients' requirements and expectations is phenomenal.

| Our first trip to Africa was in 2004 to Cape Town, the wine districts and Botswana. Further adventures followed to Namibia, Kenya, Zambia and recently another to South Africa. Everything happens with an Aardvark trip. On one occasion our flight was so badly delayed at Heathrow that we would obviously miss our connection at Johannesburg. Even at 10pm the Aardvark machinery clicked into place and by the time we eventually arrived in Windhoek, the private charter had been re-arranged. The camps are first class, the arrangements work and other people we have met always seem to be as happy as we are with the Aardvark Team. We can thoroughly recommend Aardvark Safaris - our one remaining challenge is to actually see an Aardvark!

I know Vicky found you very easy to work with and that compared to other companies you seemed to quickly understand our interests and needs and were able to design a honeymoon which fitted just right.

All in all a great holiday and quite a shock to get home to cold and Pennine snow. Thanks for all your superb organisation, as usual!

Finally, thank you so much to you and Gale for your patience in changing the trip so many times and even having to deal with us missing our flight. I have been regaling my friends and colleagues with the details and have been delighted to recommend you.
