Migration Watch - Mara Plains Camp

July 19th

Migration watch - Richard Pye at Mara Plains Camp sent us this briefing and some great photos last night “The first wave of migration has poured into the area from the reserve piling up and stopping on the plains around the camp. The full moon at the end of last month hung over the herds throwing shrouds of silver light and shadows through the grass. The sightings of the predators has all been within a couple of kilometers of the camp. Some kills and hunts witnessed over mugs of coffee in the morning.
