A Drumbeat private mobile safari is a fantastic way to see some truly wild regions of Botswana, staying in an exclusive small camp well away from the main tourist routes. Guests are accompanied by an expert private guide, and every trip is designed around the clients’ interests, the season of travel and the length of time available. The areas visited are remote and very beautiful.
Accommodation & Facilities
Drumbeat staff set your camp up in remote exclusive camping areas within the wildlife reserves. When traveling between camping areas, your camp is taken down and re-erected in the new site on arrival. Accommodation is in traditional and spacious East African tents, with camp beds and duvets. Each tent has an en-suite loo, and a shower tent nearby. Meals are specially prepared over the camp fire, and you may eat lunch sheltering under the shady bough of a spreading acacia or your dinner beneath the star filled African sky.
Wildlife & Activities
Drumbeat guides are some of the best and most experienced available, with expert interpretation and educational skills. They will take you on drives, walks and boat trips that offer guests an excellent variety of interesting game viewing.
