Lagoon Camp
Lagoon Camp is located on the shady banks of the Kwando River in Botswana, in a private wilderness area amongst African ebony and marula trees.
Accommodation & Facilities
Lagoon Camp accommodates only 16 guests in eight luxury safari tents, which look out over the lagoon. Each has en-suite facilities. Meals are served in a thatched dining room overlooking the lagoon.
Wildlife & Activities
Game viewing is by open safari vehicle, both day and night; or on the water by boat. It is also possible on foot, but it is seasonal and at the discretion of the guides due to the high concentration of buffalo and elephants. As well as the large herds of buffalo and elephant found close by, there is excellent birding in the area. Guests staying at Lagoon Camp also have the opportunity to fish for tiger fish and bream in the Kwando River itself.
