Vumbura Plains is situated on the Moremi Game Reserve's northern boundary in Botswana. Both water and land based activities are possible as the area has scenic waterways and is close to the Okavango Delta's outermost dry savannahs.

Accommodation & Facilities
The camp consists of two seven tent camps, Vumbura South and Vumbura North each of which has its own bar, lounge and dining area. The North camp has also has two family tents. Accommodation is in large stylish luxury rooms with en-suite facilities, a private plunge pool, as well as a day ‘sala’ for afternoon naps. The main dining area and lounge is tucked beneath the canopy of indigenous trees with views across the floodplain.

Wildlife & Activities
Game activities include night and day drives in open 4x4 Land Rovers, with experienced guides. Mokoro and boat trips to see water-based wildlife are also available and walks in the area are also a good option. Vumbura is situated in an area where both wetland and savannah species are present. Birding in this area of Moremi is excellent and fishing is also an available option.
