Acacia House

Acacia House is set at the foot of Kipileo Hill in the Rekero Private Conservancy just to the north of the Masai Mara Game Reserve. It is a spacious private safari house, with great views over the Rekero waterhole, at an altitude of 6,200 feet.
Accommodation & Facilities
There are two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms at Acacia House, and a third attic room which shares the second bathroom. The house is ideal for families with younger children, with spacious rooms, and comfortable, attractive furnishings. The house has been designed to suit families, and makes for relaxing, private safari accommodation offering great flexibility to guests. A wide variety of local ingredients are used by the in-house chef to prepare delicious meals. Acacia House also has a good swimming pool.
Wildlife & Activities
The activities offered at Acacia House include private game viewing in custom built safari vehicles, guided walks in the surrounding hills, visits to the local villages and schools, bush picnics and sun downers in spectacular surroundings. Guests are also welcome to participate in the Rekero Trust’s community development projects, including computer training. The house makes an ideal ‘hide’ for watching many species of animals drinking from the waterhole and the huge number of bird species while relaxing on the verandah or by the pool.
