Nyati Beach Lodge is situated in the heart of the Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary, on the stunning Mozambique coastline, with access to 50 acres of untouched wilderness and 10 kilometres of pristine, private, white sand beaches.  The ocean front lodge is perched high on top of sand dunes, with commanding views over the Indian Ocean and lagoon. 

Accommodation & Facilities
The accommodation at Nyati Beach Lodge comprises of five wooden, thatched roofed villas with either views of the ocean or lagoon.  There are also three larger, two-bedroomed executive villas, which are ideal for families or groups of friends.  The villas have been designed using natural materials and combines modern comfort with African charm.  Each villa has its own private terrace, air-conditioning and spacious en-suite bathroom complete with bath, indoor and outdoor shower.  The bar and dining area of the lodge are on raised timber decks with sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and there is also a pool for taking a refreshing dip.

Wildlife & Activities
Guests can enjoy a multitude of activities at Nyati Beach Lodge including snorkelling, scuba diving on nearby reefs, sailing, deep-sea fishing and fly-fishing, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, and even surfing.  The marine life that can be seen in this area is outstanding.  Whale sharks and manta rays can be seen throughout the year with them appearing in greater concentrations between October and April.  This time of year also coincides with turtle breeding season.  From May to August, humpback whales arrive on their journey north to the warm tropical waters of northern Mozambique.  The lodge also offers island excursions to the Bazaruto archipelago, village visits and guided tours of Vilanculos, that can all be arranged and paid for locally.
