Constantia Stables
Constantia Stables is a well run, pretty guest house just 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, South Africa. The stables are owned by Rick and Lola Bartlett who are your hosts during your stay and a mine of local information.
Accommodation & Facilities
As the name suggests the bedrooms and main area are in a converted stable block, with a few cottages within the established garden. A sumptuous breakfast is served in the dining room in the main house and guests are encouraged to use the library, lounge and bar area. Outside a shaded verandah overlooks a plunge pool and garden.
Wildlife & Activities
Hiking in the mountains or vineyards and day trips to the Cape Point Nature Reserve are all favourite pass-times and Cape Town and Stellenbosch are just 20 and 50 minutes away by car respectively.
