Le Quartier Francais
Le Quartier Francais is a small luxurious hotel in the village of Franschhoek, right in the centre of the Cape Winelands. Less than an hour from Cape Town, it is an ideal place from which to explore the Western Cape.
Accommodation & Facilities
The twenty one individually appointed en suite rooms are split into four
categories all situated around a central courtyard with beautiful well
maintained gardens and a large swimming pool. There are nine en-suite
Auberge Rooms, three Grande Rooms, three Petite Garden Suites and two
Auberge Suites (with childrens’ lofts and private pools). The Four
Quarters Suites are four larger, modern suites with luxurious in room
facilities including flat screen TV’s and computing facilities, a second
pool, and all serviced by a private butler.
Wildlife & Activities
The Tasting Room, one of Le Quartier’s restaurants, is rated as one of
the 50 best in the world and renowned for its innovative cuisine; Grande Chef Margot Janse serves a unique, African Inspired Surprise Tasting menu. For more
informal dining, The Common Room offers lighter meals and an a la carte menu throughout the
day.
