Charlie
Charlie is an authentic, small mobile tented camp that offers guests a five night trip through the Serengeti Ecosystem. The camp locations move throughout the seasons according to the movement of the migratory wildlife. Charlie combines three nights in a prime wildlife viewing location with two nights in a private concession on Masai owned land where a greater diversity of activities is offered. The camp operates on scheduled dates, and may be booked on a shared or exclusive basis.
Accommodation & Facilities
The camp consists of just four Mini Meru walk in tents accommodating a maximum of eight guests. Each tent is furnished with comfortable cot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the camp has a simple but spacious mess tent. The sites selected for the camp will be in beautiful and peaceful spots, and the camp will be packed up and moved between the two sites by the experienced camp staff while guests are out viewing game.
Wildlife & Activities
Guests will be able to view wildlife from a customised 4 wheel drive vehicle in the Serengeti National park or Ngorongoro Conservation Area depending on the time of year, and to take guided game walks, night drives, and visits to Masai communities in the Loliondo region. Wherever the camp is located guests are assured of excellent guides and superb wildlife viewing.
