Kwihala
Kwihala (previously known as Exclusive Mobile Camping) is a luxury tented camp in Ruaha National Park. The camp combines adventure and style; the canvas tents are designed for those who would like to be that little bit closer to the wildlife and the excitement of Africa, but who still crave the creature comforts usually associated with luxury lodges.
Accommodation & Facilities
Kwihala consists of six spacious tents furnished with wooden beds, bedside tables, dressing table, hanging racks, floor rugs and curtains. The spacious bathrooms have a shower fed from a suspended canvas bucket, and flush toilet. There is also electricity generated by solar power.
Wildlife & Activities
Kwihala is a semi permanent camp designed to be moveable but not at short notice, it can therefore be relocated to areas where the game is most concentrated at different times of the year but in areas well off the beaten track of the main ‘big game’ circuits of East Africa. Game viewing here is possible by vehicle through fantastic scenery away from the crowds.
