Flatdogs Camp

Flatdogs Camp, owner run by Jess and Adey Coley, is set beneath large mature trees on the banks of the Luangwa River on the eastern edge of the beautiful South Luangwa National Park. The camp looks out the river on one side and a natural lagoon on the other.
Accommodation & Facilities
Flatdogs has several options for accommodation which include authentic Meru safari tents, stone family chalets, and the amazing Jackal-Berry Tree House. The six walk in tents have proper beds, and en-suite open air bathrooms with showers and flush loos. The four chalets accommodate between six and eight guests, and have spacious rooms, ensuite bathrooms, each room having a private verandah with great views.
The Jackal-Berry Tree House is built around three Ebony trees with open sided bedrooms and a lounge set on wooden decks some six feet off the ground. Each bedroom has an open air en-suite bathroom with a hot shower, flush loo and a basin, and panoramic views out across the lagoon. The lounge on the middle deck is great for watching the wildlife wandering past the house. The camp has a restaurant, bar, and a large swimming pool.
