Mwaleshi Camp

Mwaleshi Camp is a small authentic safari camp beautifully situated overlooking a bend of the Mwaleshi River in North Luangwa National Park in Zambia.
Accommodation & Facilities
The Camp has just four chalets each of which is built around a tree. Locally sourced natural materials such as timber and thatch have been used, and the chalets have en-suite bathrooms with enclosed loos and outdoor showers.
Wildlife & Activities
Mwaleshi Camp is noted for walking safaris, and game viewing is done by foot. There are several prides of lion, big herds of buffalo, and the endemic Cookson’s wildebeest resident in the area around the camp. Guests who are staying for several days may have the chance to visit the lovely Mwaleshi Falls. It is possible to combine the Tafika and Chikoko Walking Trails in South Luangwa National Park with Mwaleshi to create a ten day walking safari, one of the finest ways to see this beautiful wilderness at its very best.
