Nsolo Bushcamp

Nsolo is one of Norman Carr Safaris' remote seasonal bush camps in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park.
Accommodation & Facilities
Nsolo, which is the local name for the honey guide bird, consists of four very spacious canvas-roofed chalets set on raised wooden platforms overlooking a bend in the Luwi sand river. Each is individually designed and has its own private verandah. Each of the open fronted rooms has an en suite open air bathroom and a private verandah over looking the surrounding bush. There is a thatched chitenje with bar and dining area offering a peaceful refuge where guests can study the collection of books or view a variety of game at the waterhole.
Wildlife & Activities
During a stay here guests can choose from vehicle based day and night game drives, as well as guided bush walks. The South Luangwa National Park has a great diversity of wildlife and is regarded as a very good place to see leopard as well as lion. Nsolo combines well with the other three Norman Carr bush camps in South Luangwa as part of a walking safari itinerary.
