Goliath Camp

Goliath Camp is owned by Stretch Ferreira, who has been guiding in Mana Pools for more than 35 years. Goliath is a small intimate tented camp in a beautiful grove of shady trees on the banks of the Zambezi River. The location is roughly in the middle section of the Zambezi as it makes its way through Mana Pools.

Accommodation & Facilities
Goliath Camp consists of seven Meru style safari tents with en-suite bathrooms, flush loos and outside showers. The camp has a lounge and bar tent, an open breakfast room, and several locations for taking dinner. The camp has a stunning location which makes it very rewarding to simply relax and watch elephant, buffalo, waterbuck, and a myriad of birdlife as it enjoys the waters of the river.

Wildlife & Activities
Stretch and his team are known for outstanding walking and canoe safaris, and the guides here know the individual animals who share the park with them. They will show guests some of the finest wildlife viewing in Africa during a stay at Goliath Camp, whether on foot, in a canoe or in a vehicle.
