Sarah Durie Sarah started to travel at an early age with stints in Germany and Cyprus as a child. A pre-university gap year included a season in the French Alps as well as time in Australia and the Far East. Her interest in Africa was sparked after hearing tales from friends who had been there, so once she'd completed her geography degree at Royal Holloway she decided to go and see for herself the stunning landscapes and wildlife for which it is famed. She set off on a hugely enjoyable four month overland trip starting in Uganda and finishing in South Africa. After 77 nights in a tent she's well qualified to advise on the camping aspect of any safari we offer. Sarah's travels with Aardvark to date include trips to Namibia, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique and Zambia. Aside from travel, Sarah's other interests include skiing, sailing and the natural environment.
