Camp Kipwe
Camp Kipwe is nestled amongst dramatic granite rock kopjes and looks out onto superb scenery within the Twyfelfontein area of Damaraland in Namibia.
Accommodation & Facilities
Camp Kipwe has twelve spacious rooms, including three suites. All rooms are en-suite and have a large outdoor deck from which to admire the views. The surrounding boulders, red basalt rocks and mopane branches help to give the camp a natural organic feel. The main area is raised and comprises four thatched domes containing a dining room, lounge and bar and a curio shop. There is also a small swimming pool built into the rocks and a viewpoint offering 360 degree views.
Wildlife & Activities
Activities at Camp Kipwe include nature drives that give you the chance of seeing the desert-adapted elephants in the dry season, and excursions to the rock engravings at Twyfelfontein.
