Davison’s Camp

Davison’s Camp is named after the founder of the Hwange National Park within which this camp lies, located in the south-eastern Linkwasha Concession, one of the best game viewing areas of the entire National Park.

Accommodation & Facilities
A classic tented safari camp, Davison’s offers eight standard tents and a family tent – all with en-suite facilities and a private verandah offering fantastic views.  As well as the nine tents, the main area of the camp comprises a lounge, dining room and open campfire overlooking the productive waterhole.

Wildlife & Activities
Activities offered at Davison’s Camp predominantly revolve around the abundance of wildlife viewing in the Hwange National Park, usually either in an open 4×4 vehicle or through bush walks.  Wildlife frequently encountered in this part of the Hwange National Park includes lion, giraffe, leopard, white rhino and large herds of elephants, amongst many others.  Bird life is also prolific with over 400 species in the local concession.
