Epako Safari Lodge

Epako Safari Lodge has a beautiful setting inside the 11,000 hectare Epako Wildlife Reserve in the southern part of Damaraland in central Namibia, and is surrounded by mountainous country on all sides.

Accommodation & Facilities
The Epako Safari Lodge has six deluxe rooms and four suites, and accommodates up to 20 guests. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary African style, and all have en-suite bathrooms and a TV. Outside each is a shaded terrace with comfortable chairs. The lodge has a spacious restaurant, and an outside terrace where meals are often served. The swimming pool, gym and spa all overlook the productive waterhole used by many of the reserve’s animals.

Wildlife & Activities
Epako Safari Lodge offers wildlife drives and walks on its private reserve, and the wildlife that can be seen includes cheetah, white rhino, hyena, Hartman’s mountain zebra, oryx and bat eared fox, along with numerous bird species. Guests can also enjoy walks to find ancient rock art sites in the hills, some of which are more than 1,000 years old.
