Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp

Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp is located on the edge of the Okavango Delta in a 7000-hectare wildlife concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana. Meaning “Place of the Giraffe”, Nxabega is ideally positioned to explore the magnificence of the Okavango – the largest inland delta in the world.

Accommodation & Facilities
The camp, which is nestled under a canopy of African ebony trees, comprises nine elegant canvas sided raised air-conditioned tented rooms. Each has stylish decor and an en-suite bathroom as well as a private viewing deck with expansive views over the adjacent floodplain. The main lodge, which is made out of reed and thatch, provides several comfortable seating areas, a bar, lounge and dining room, and spectacular views across the floodplains.

Wildlife & Activities
During a stay at Nxabega, guests have the opportunity to explore the Delta and its inhabitants in the company of expert guides on a variety of land and water safari activities including day and night wildlife drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles, bush walks and, if water levels allow, mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) trips.
