Selinda Explorers Camp

Selinda Explorers Camp is a small tented camp set in a remote location on the banks of the Selinda Spillway. This remarkable seasonal waterway traverses the huge Selinda Reserve in northern Botswana, linking the Chobe River with the Okavango River. This small, personal camp is perfect for anyone looking for comfortable adventure in very peaceful surroundings.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are just four tents at Selinda Explorers Camp, each with a view of the spillway. The tents are decorated in authentic safari style with furniture crafted from recycled hard woods, and colourful East African soft furnishings. One tent has two bedrooms, and is ideal for a family. The tents all have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a flush loo. The large mess and lounge tent has space for dining, though most meals are eaten outside, and the camp also has a plunge pool.

Wildlife & Activities
The focus of activities at Selinda Explorers Camp is on wildlife viewing in a remote, peaceful, and pristine wilderness. Walking safaris, canoe safaris, day and night wildlife drives and fishing are among the activities on offer. The wildlife in the area is excellent with large herds of buffalo and elephant, lion, leopard, sable and roan antelope, giraffe, zebra and wildebeest all seen here, as well as wild dog, though the latter are spotted more rarely.
