Zambezi Expeditions

Zambezi Expeditions is a small, seasonal camp set on the banks of the Zambezi in Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools National Park. The camp offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a remote and private safari in the company of expert guides.

Accommodation & Facilities
This traditional camp has six walk in A-frame tents each with an en-suite bathroom, flush loo and a safari ‘bucket’ shower. The camp has a large mess tent which has dining and lounge spaces, and is perfect for relaxing whilst not out on safari.  Delicious home cooked meals are served either beneath a shady tree under the African sky or in the dining tent.

Wildlife & Activities
Mana Pools is a legendary park, well known for its wildlife rich flood plains, the mighty Zambezi River, and the magnificent views of the Zambezi escarpment. The wildlife to be seen here includes hippo, crocodile, lion, wild dog, leopard, hyena, elephant, buffalo, waterbuck and many other antelope. Guests at Zambezi Expeditions Camp can explore the famous floodplain of the Zambezi Valley on guided walking safaris, and game drives in open 4 x 4 safari vehicles, as well as enjoying tranquil canoe safaris down this beautiful stretch of the Zambezi River.
